Submit resumes to: recruiter-a2sld8bqhyip@applicantstack.com or michelle@techni-core.com • Assist in implementing standard earned value management (EVM) processes and procedures, including developing/updating relevant work instructions • Assist in achievement of EVM Certification, including new tool implementation, conducting/hosting Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR), Progress Assist Visits (PAV), Compliance Evaluation Reviews (CER), and training of project managers, control account managers, and work package leads on EVM (basics and advanced) and variance analysis • Utilize and/or maintain ESCG Financial and EVM tools for EVM reporting • Coordinate with division managers to analyze both monthly and cumulative EVM variances and track corrective actions through SharePoint tool • Assist in maintenance of DPIO SharePoint and internal Portal • Assist in development of monthly EVM report and conduct monthly Director’s review • Utilize and maintain Project Status System (PSS) tool for weekly project reporting • Assist in preparing monthly contract management summary reports and presentations • Assist in development of weekly and month department status presentations • Provide meeting support for CCBs, Start Up Boards, Project Reviews/Audits, Quarterly Reviews, etc. • Assist in development of other miscellaneous weekly and monthly reports, such as trend status, DO/TO tracking, etc. • Maintain Employee Recognition database and prepare monthly customer and corporate submittal • Help provide end-user training on tools such as wInsight (including administration of tool), Project Web Access (both internal and external), and Project Status System (PSS) • Participate in audits, both internal and external • Routinely interface with both NASA and ESCG personnel at all levels of the organization • Perform other duties as required LABOR CLASSIFICATION, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SPECIAL/UNIQUE SKILLS - Finance/Accounting/Business Degree required, MBA preferred - 3 - 5 years EVM experience minimum - Familiarity with wInsight, Cobra (or similar tool), MS Project, CAPM, EVM or PMP Certification (in process or completed)
